Philanthropist at heart, Sneha is inquisitive about people, culture, customs and behaviour. She is a vivid traveller and loves to explore new territories and geographies.

An alumnus of IIM-Bangalore , an ex-IMRBian, Sneha has been dextrous in executing multi-country studies and has been consisently delivering insights to most renowned brands like ITC, L’Oreal, Star, Pidilite, Godrej amongst many more

Though she started her career as a marketing professional, life had other plans for her. A friend who was in quantitative research mentioned that her skill sets matched a qualitative researcher. Very niche line of work, there went cv to PQR mailbox.After working with PQR for few years and consulting for few clients, Sneha laid the foundation of Blue Caterpillars in 2013.

Starting early has its own share of advantages and disadvantages, however she has loved the roller coaster ride and enjoyed the journey completely. Simple and intuitive at heart, Sneha is very grounded and loves meeting consumers. Till date there’s hardly been a project that she hasnt done some fieldwork herself.

When off duty, Sneha loves listening to music and spending time with her plants.

Akansha Nigam

Research Manager

Akansha is a Post-Graduate in Marketing and has around 4 years of research experience. Her ability to blend with consumers in their cultural setting make her a fine moderator. Her natural interest in people give her an edge during discussions Right from designing the methodology to creating research documents, Akansha is involved in every stage of the project. With her excellent command over operations, she is able to smoothly execute multi center studies with dexterity. In the past she has worked with Delhi based boutique agency Grey Cells, where she managed clients like Perfetti, BYJU’s & Pepsi Co, amongst others.
While not working, she enjoys spending time in her garden. Being a fitness conscious person, she starts her day with a run and firmly believes in healthiness of mind and body

Parinaz Kakhandi

Senior Research Consultant

Parinaz is a Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising and Marketing and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology which gives her well-rounded approach towards Qualitative Research..
In the past she has worked for renowned market research agencies like IMRB International, Third Eye Qualitative Researchers, and Interface Communications. During her 9 years of research experience she worked for established companies like Walt Disney Channel, Cadbury’s, Viacom 18, Godrej, Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, Levi’s to name a few. She has worked extensively on youth, media, personal care and lifestyle studies.
The most fulfilling and enjoyable part she looks forward to in any project is meeting and interacting with people.
When not working, she is either trekking, or watching TV with hot piping cup of masala chai.

Ashima Ahuja

Ashima is an experienced insight professional and dexterous in understanding youth behavior, trends and lifestyles of entertainment audiences. With a background in Sociology & Advertising, Ashima can seamlessly connect dots between human behavior and its implications on complex business & marketing problems. Career spanning across Nielsen, TNS & Viacom, she is a thorough professional at work with 9+ years of experience. Ashima loves meeting new people and gathering new experiences from varied culture and territories.
A foodie at heart, she also likes exploring various cuisines be it in her own kitchen or gastronomical expeditions otherwise. When not working on research projects, Ashima likes taking therapy sessions for students
